Having a smoothie for breakfast can be one of the healthiest habits you develop, if it consists of the right ingredients. Most mornings my breakfast consists of about 2 pint glasses worth of blended vegetables, fruit, seeds, herbs, grass-fed whey protein and various superfoods.
